I am experiencing strong, painful cramps like I had all this time in this chemical pregnancy.
I went to my OB GYN Monday who confirmed that I am not pregnant anymore. But my nausea never went away and now I feel like my uterus is doing something. Can an infection or miscarriage feel like this? Maybe my body is still getting rid of cells?

I doubt I could still be pregnant if she did not see anything on Ultrasound during the time I had my period?

It’s unfortunately normal. Your uterus starts growing immediately when you become pregnant and the cramps you’re experiencing is your uterus going back to it’s normal size and it can be extremely painful. I am so sorry for your loss :(

I see :( With my first Chemical I only had cramps the first two days, then nothing. Here it took days for cramping to set in, then I got a break and yesterday very strong cramps, 6 days after it started.

I just hope my body will be ready to ttc again November.
