Cramps and discharge help?

I’ve got some dull cramps low down - a little like period cramping and I’m also getting discoloured discharge when I wipe which is usually how my period starts. I’m 5+5 so worried

Kind of like cm but tinged a light orange!brown ...

I had that hon at around 6 weeks. The only way I can describe it is it was like tanned. Not pink not red but like a very light orangey brown. It went away in the end and was told on here it was normol.
Cramps are normol hon and at 12 to 13 weejs I had pink when I wiped and then bright red blood mixed in with the CM and I freaked out.
I've never ever had any bleeding or spotting in pregnancy and only had it with my Misscariges so I was freaking out so bad.
But baby was fine and the spotting stopped.
I'm now 32 weeks and to this day I still do not know why that happened.
I was just told that spotting is really common in first trimester.
