i'd have thought not until quite abit older because of the caffeine.

It also has tanine (sp?) which reduces iron absorption.

my dads GF got told off for giving her 2 year old tea yesterday because of it stops the body absorbing iron

I dont fancy giving my LO tea until shes a lot older but I remember my mum giving little brother milky tea in a sippy when he was about 2.

They can have some herbal tea tho. My LO has the Hipp organic fennel tea.

I don't know why people would want to give their kids normal tea anyway...water or diluted fruit juice is better. As lots of people have mentioned already it can inhabit iron absorbtion

I won't be giving Alfie tea, i dunno why anyone would want to its got caffeine in it I was so shocked to learn that people actually put it in their baby's bottles and give them it!!!!
