So I started TTC last cycle using the Shettles method (as requested by my DP) after having symptoms in my 2ww and trying very hard not to symptom spot and AF coming late (nasty cruel tricks-thanks body!) I got a BFN.
I couldn't believe just how much this affected DP he was so down (bless him), he knew it could potentially take a while especially following Shettles (easy to miss correct times) but now after just one month of trying he's like - let's just forget it and dtd all times we should (not just as close to ov as possible to help the Y sperms)
I'm CD7 today - time to start preparing for ov soon and I'm hopeful for this month (with all the extra dtd) - I'll try to stay positive if I'm not lucky again and maybe attempt the SMEP the following month.
Lots of positive thinking and a prayer to the Lord (and to mr storky)
Good luck to all x
