I need to do something, I havent lost the buba weight, if anything i have put on.
i am creeping up to 15 stone slowly, the heaviest yet.

do I join the gym £20 mth ish off preek/student
or
weight watchers £20 mth ish

I used to goto the gym but I have put on so much i am afraid of looking stupid even though I do know what I'm doing - ish

i have never been to WW but have heard good things.

I cant afford to do both, so what do you girls think? what has worked for you?

Hey Newt.
well, I think this is a pretty good solution:

Join the Gym and do WW but on your own. All resources are available online and there are sites that calculate points as well as lists of everyday food items.
If you need help PM me.

This way you get the benefits of both worlds, and your WW results will be sped up because you are exercising as well.

She can only afford to do one or the other.

I've seen results with Weight Watchers. Suz is a prime example.

But I've seen great results with exercise too and I've got to say, exercising is good for your long-term health.

What would you be more apt to stick by? I would chose that one.

hummm, the gym probably and would give me some me time.

...and that is why I suggested that she joins the GYM, but does WW without joining them. I did it just by using the FREE materials available online and lost about 30 lbs.

there is free stuff on line?
may be worth a look. ta!
