Defrost in microwave?

Can we defrost baby puree in the microwave? or it should be done naturally?

I was thinking of defrosting it, and then warming it up?

I just warm mine up from frozen in the microwave and just make sure there are no hot spots in it

Thats what I do. Sorry, I meant that after it's warm don't reheat it later on to use again.

i microwave mine from frozen. its too much of n arse ache to defost it then heat it. just whack it on full for a minute til its piping hot and leave it to cool down xx

i do micro wave from frozen and continue to heat, though i sometimes get pasta out the night before as it can go a bit hard imo, and i always get chicken out the night before as i panic about reheating it!! x
