Defrosting frozen BM

Sorry for another stupid question.......

What is the best way of defrosting BM? I think I read somewhere to defrost it in the fridge, is that right?

How long can I expect 5oz bags to take to defrost?

Does the milk then have a normal fridge life if it was frozen on the day of pumping?

I have a date with the Top Gear team on Wednesday and need to make sure milk is defrosted in time for MIL!
