Hi Everyone,
I wanted to see if I can get some advice from everyone. I recently found out that my GD turned into Type 2 Diabetes. I know that I need to lose weight and hopefully that will help but I am not sure what kind of diet I should do. I am currently bf exclusively so I don't want to do Low-carb as I have been told it will effect your milk production but I know that is the best for diabetes. Any help will be greatly appreciated. My son is almost 9 weeks old. I have about 60 pounds to lose, none of which is baby weight (I only gained 11 pounds and that is gone)
