Dieting to ttc girls! - What do you think?

Caroline had the fantastic idea of starting a weightwatchers style weekly way-in in the new year. I know some of us are starting our big diets then and it might be easier to stick to it if we all support each other and every week weight in together to check our progress.

Similar to weightwatchers, but i only require a nominal fee :happydance: :rofl:

Im ashamed and embarrased about my weight, but will be happy to just go for it if others are up for it too? Just a diet thread for support and weight in's so we can all show off our progress :D

I'm in. This is the kind of motivation I need :)

I'm wanting to get fit, rather than lose weight. More toning up! I have a fitness kit that i've had since August and not used it! THE SHAME lol.
 
I can try to make a blinkie, not right now though my brain isn't working ahaa :p xxx

Name: Broody21

Age: 21

Height: 5ft 6

Weight (optional):10 stone

BMI: 22.63 (in normal range)

Target weight loss: 10-12 pounds

Reason for losing weight: General health, depression, to tone up.

Weakness's: Chocolate, crisps, chips (fries), any fast food! I'm lazy! Now I can drive, I don't do anything!

Type of exercise: Have a fitness kit; weights, mini trampoline, stretches on a matt, foot stepper and exercise ball.
 
Ive made a few, they are a little rubbish though! VERY open to suggestions if anyone has any ideas?

im in!! only thing is i dont get to come on here too often so i dont think i would be quite weekly. i may also be doin a diet called lipotrim if anyone has heard of that...?
i dont know much about it yet. got to go see them to talk about it. anyone know anythin on it or even heard of it?? xxx

Reason for losing weight: General health, tone up, confidence, depression.

Weakness's: College effing canteen! Fast food, chocolate and crisps. Don't really eat proper meals, too lazy. Just scoff junk instead.

Type of exercise: Have a sit up bench, treadmill and cross trainer, will use situp bench 3 days a week and cross trainer other three. Treadmill is all in pieces atm.

Sorry, ive heard of it but dont know any details. Less that weekly is fine, whatever you want or feel comfortable with.

Im going to be the largest by a mile :cry:

Will add profile when I get weighed @ weekend.

Will weigh @ MIL on Sunday, but will do it again proper on my scales @ home (bit tempramental @ times tho).

I reckon I've got aprrox 2 stone to lose.
