I am using Tesco opks and one step IC. The tesco tests are about a day ahead of the ic. I got a darker line and clearly positive result today on the Tesco opk and a clear negative on ic.
What do I believe and why would they be different?

I've never used that brand but I would assume the Tesco is right and get your BDing in. If your ic is positive tomorrow I would say Thurs for O day... if neither are positive tomorrow, I would say maybe the Tesco is a little more sensitive and you're not having a real surge yet.
