Disgusting Facebook page needs reporting

It was a hard enough day yesterday, being fathers day, the first fathers day we have had since losing our baby.
Late last night i checked my Facebook and there at the top of the news feed was a friend posting a comment on a page called " dead baby jokes " don't get me wrong, she was posting a comment about how disgusted she was, but I didn't really need to see that such a thing existed. Now that Facebook has changed, you are exposed to everything that people like and post on.
I don't recomend that anyone looks at it, it is the worst example of hate speech and offence I have ever, ever seen and sadly has thousands upon thousands of likes. Please join me in reporting the page, I am shocked that it hasn't been banned yet.

there is a book called 'The Ultimate Dead Baby Joke Book' is it the page for this ? if so then it is unlikely they will remove it, amazon actually sell the book, and there has been an ongoing petition to have it removed... I do agree with you though, there is no need for such disgusting things to be on f.b unfortunately some people are twisted.

Wtf what is wrong with some people :'( I know u wouldn't want to go on that page but I think that's the only way to report it. And I'm nearly sure there is a way to change your Facebook settings so that u can't see what other people like and comment on but unfortunately don't know how. Sorry I'm not much help xxxx

Unfortunately I did read some of the stuff when I reported it.
Comments about disabilities and rape and murder of babies and children should surely be enough to ban it right? It's against the law.

I don't understand why anything of such a nature even exists. How could anything regarding this possibly be considered humorous? absolute vile animals! And the author of that book should be ashamed of themselves!!

Unfortunately this has been ongoing for a couple of years, and reporting is unlikely to do anything - facebook says it doesn't violate the terms and conditions and so won't be removed. I wonder if anyone has spoken to the police about it?

If you'd have posted this a year ago - I'd have been shocked - But the stuff I've seen on facebook in the last year nothing shocks me anymore! I've seen more pornographic photos on facebook that I'd have seen going on an actual porn site (all of these girls and guys being underage I might add) and some of the 'jokes' and pages people have on their make me sick. It's why I came off facebook. It is disgusting but facebook do nothing to remove their content x

These pages have been ongoing for about two years ow, it even hit the papers.

The book is more recent I believe, but SANDS told my husband Amazon said it doesnt go against their t&c's so there is nothing they can do.

I've actually seen this page... I was completely disgusted myself! But I saw it 2 weeks ago now? So either it's been left up for that long... Else it's being remade x

It's pretty horrible but then there are some dreadful people out there and due to the internet being what it is, they are able to be fairly anonymous and offend people left right and centre

It's sad that Facebook doesn't take any action over pages like this, but are very quick to act on removing breastfeeding photos...

Dead baby jokes were a fad in North America when I was a kid. There were hundreds of them. Not that I condone them or find them particularly funny, but they're not news here which is probably why they're not offended.

Who exactly are " not offended?! Who are you referring to?
And by " not news here" do you mean babyand bump or north America?
Finally, glad to know a member of a pregnancy forum dosent find jokes about dead babies " particuarly" funny.
