I started this on the "under 35" thread, but since I'm actually 41, I'm starting one here too, to remind us all to get those muscles in shape! Keep bumping to keep the thread visible!

Maybe we should even do more than 10/day! Anyone know the true number?

Have seen these threads and have always said, "oh, I'll come back to that later" and never did.

But I just sneezed and literally peed my pants a little (sorry, TMI) so I'll be ignoring this thread no more!

Erm, what do you have to do?! :shrug: :blush:
 
Sort of squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, imagine you're having a wee and then make yourself stop weeing half way through - the muscles you use to do that are your pelvic floor muscles. Tense it and hold for a few seconds - I think you're meant to build up to holding for 10? - and then release, and repeat.
