Do anyone elses Birkenstocks make a farting noise??

As the title says - I am living in these sandals, they are sooooo comfy but when it's hot and my feet are abit clammy they've started making a farting noise when I walk, kind of like the noise little boys used to make with their armpits and theyre hands when we were at school!!

Yesterday I was walkking round asda and they farted as I was stepping for some rice and I heard a woman say to her husband 'she just farted really loud' and he said 'you were the same when you were pregnant, you were jet propelled for the last few weeks' OH MY GOD HOW EMBARASSING!!!

Mine aren't making noises- but then they are Dorothy Perkins version not the real thing!!

Laughed out loud at the idea if your supermarket tale- don't know if youdhould be more embarrassed or the other woman!! Haha
