Do we co-sleep?

I feel a bit silly asking but I'm confused! I always thought co-sleeping was when lo was in your bed but then I read about co-sleeping with lo at the side of the bed. We have Evies cot pushed right up to our bed with the side down so is that classed as us co-sleeping?
