Do you keep taking CoQ10 when pregnant?

Hi all

I've just found out I'm pregnant, it's our 3rd pregnancy, hoping this one sticks! I've been taking Coq10 (ubiquinol form) for 3 months now, and I read conflicting things online whether or not it's safe to take in early pregnancy?

Does anyone have any experience with this? I'll ask a nurse at my clinic on Saturday, but until then I'm not sure what to do.

My doctor told me to stop taking it after he confirmed we were pregnant.

Hello Ladies!
Wonder if you know it is safe to take ubiquinol for more than 6 months? should you take a break from this supplement? I will start my IVF in december and just bought ubiquinol, but not sure if its too early to start taking it? or it doesnt hurt?
