that if you hhave laminate floor, your baby just pulls them self along and slides around rather than trying to crawl?

josh has been trying to get on his knnes, but not quite there yet. when we put a blanket down on the floor for him to play, he rolls of it and then slides around, and pulls himslef around.

will he learn to crawl or is he likely to just stay doing this?

Josh does the same, he has a really hard time to crawl on hardwood floors. We've got a carpet in the living room and his bedroom and he can crawl on it, otherwise he just keep spinning around.
