How can you avoid the crap posture? I feel like I'm going to topple over if I stand straight (I'm a 5ft 2 barrel!)

Not easy as your centre of gravity is completely altered. My advice would be to try and keep your bottom tucked in (as if your trying to tuck the tail of your spine into your legs) - that keeps your pelvis in a better alignment. Then every time you bend or lift pull your tummy button in towards your spine and contract your pelvic floor - that'll help core stability. Don't think I need to tell a midwife but do your pelvic floor exs daily!
That's a lot of tests baby1 They all look fab!
