sorry about the pcos hun. have you tested again? what would your due date be, any idea?

According to my last period using the due date calculator on babymed.com it would be Feb.24,2012, I retested again this morning and it's still a faint line, I'm pretty sure it's too early for a dark line....my lmp was May 17th. and is calendar is right I'm only 8dpo, but with no charting or anything I really have no clue when I ovulated, we decided to go back to the way we had our other kids and just didn't pay attention to anything, if it happened then it happened lol

thats the way to do it! my last one was born feb 21, its a good time of year for a baby. you have the hot months when your not too big yet so its not so bad. what are your other children, boys or girls? what do you want this time if you got to choose, besides healthy of course?

My youngest sons bday is 2/4 which is the same day as my 1st chemical pregnancy this year...that was a fun day lol...but I always look at things as if it was meant to be, then it will be I learned we can't change things that has happened, just learn from it,smile & move forward

I have 3 boys, Josh is 13,Logan almost 10 and Jarron is 7 yrs old.....we were pretty much done til I learned I had a chemical in Feb (that was a shocker pregnancy) then I decided we can try for one more...couldn't hurt to go for that girl lol, but then had another chemical in April, so that's when I told my gyno to run all tests again cus something has to be wrong, I never had issues before, I'm fertile myrtle even on bc pills (that's how Josh & Logan came along) but sure enough I had pcos, my levels last yr was 1 1/2x higher than usual (not a big deal then) but this time it jumped 6x higher, so they put me on metformin (evil med lol) and I"m starting to think all those bad side effects were worth it

I had a very faint line when I tested - I was 4 days overdue my period. I did a cheap strip test like yours and couldn't believe my eyes when that line appeared! I had to rush out and buy a clear-blu digi just to make sure lol.

You can see it was definitely a bfp from my avatar lol. When I had my dating scan my due date was pushed back 5 days so really I tested at 3+6!

I'm gonna try to wait til AF is due before I buy a regular test, I figured the cheapies would work for now lol.....and with those u can pee all you want on those, you're only wasting $5 lol.....Congrats to you

They all do the same job don't they lol. Over here you can buy a pack of 2 for £1 and that's what I used - I wasn't expecting to get a positive result because I was only a few days late and didn't have any symptoms. The previous month I was almost 2wks late, had very sore boobs, was very tired, peeing a lot - you name it I had it lol - but I got 2 bfn's then AF arrived. To say I was shocked is an understatement!!!

very cute names. i have always loved josh and logan. my hubby wont use them cuz he has a brother josh and used to have a dog named logan. he has a friend named jarron too, thats not a usual name. im sorry about your chemicals, im glad you have another chance now. i hope all is well this time. i had two mc at 8 wks and 7 wks before i had any kids, it was very hard to deal with so i understand. after my girls i thought i was done. then when my youngest daughter was 6 we had a suprise too. had my first son and decided to try for another when he was 1 1/2 cuz i felt like he needed a sibling close to his age to grow up with. had another son but it took a while before we got pregnant with him. so we decided to try for one more when he was 5 months old thinking it would take a while. got prego first month trying, lol. so my last two are 14 mos apart. we now have decided to just let the Lord decide how many and when we have anymore, if any at all. so i guess we will see if this is it or not in time. funny to be here when i tried to get my tubes tied after my first two. dr wouldnt do it, said i was too young! i was so mad, but now im thankful

LOL that sounds like me, I wanted mine tied at 22 after Logan, one doc said ok and when I went for my 6 week check up the other doc talked me out of it. I found out I was pg with Jarron when I was 13 weeks along, I had no clue since my periods were always mia, and everyone started saying I was next to have kid, took test & yep I was lol..I was shocked to know I was already heading into 2nd trimester with him lol. After Jarron I had the iud, and 4 yrs into it I developed alot of fibroids and cysts and they thought it was from the iud and they took it out, there was no discussion or choice, they just yanked it...so we were careful for 3 years then there was talk about hysterectomy & that's when I started thinking about possibly trying 1 more time, but we were waiting for me to finish college, then chemical happened & that completely changed my mind...so now we are back at it lol. I'm now with the doc that talked me out of it 10 yrs ago and he loves to tease me about wanting my tubes tied lol.

So I tried to take pics with different camera, yea they sucked lol...decided to by a store test, still faint....think I'm gonna get off my paos addiction and wait a few more days for that dark line...will keep ya'll posted

lol i had same issues. i was 23 first time i wanted mine. they told me i was too young. next dr at i think 25 said he would do it if i really wanted it. they had found pre-cancerous cells on my cervix so i think thats why he agreed. was supposed to go in and have surgery to remove it but i switched jobs and lost my insurance. so couldnt get anything done. 4 years later had my suprise pregnancy. was supposed to have the surgery to remove the cells but they told me if i had it done it could cause me to be sterile. so i got pregnant again instead thinking i wanted him to have a playmate. had a new dr who said it was extremely rare that sterilization would happen. she did the surgery to remove the cells 6 weeks after he was born. 5 months after having him i was preggers with my newest one. its amazing how feelings can change over time about the matter!

i hope this one sticks and you have a healthy baby. sounds like you have been down a rough road, my heart goes out to you! good luck not testing between now and then, you are stronger than me, lol! cant wait to see more pics

Thank you I think once they aren't babies anymore we miss the tiny little cuteness....then they become teenager and we rethink why go through it again lol. I had a few friends that had to have their cancerous cells removed, and they all were able to have kids after that, I think some doctors just emphasize the side effects more than needed, wish they would've told me about the nasty side effects of metformin before he prescribed it o'well worth it now lol

i agree with drs overemphasizing things. im sorry you had so many side effects, but im glad you are able to conceive now. hope this baby sticks!

So I guess the lines were misleading, woke up to AF I'm ok with it....better luck next time lol...and I will not be using those tests again lol...Thanks everyone for the support, fingers x'd for next time & I can actually try to have one due for my birthday this time

im sorry johnson4!!! i had the exact same thing happen to me. had two tests, must have been evaps. neg one today and feel like im gonna start af anytime. i hope its not long before you get your bfp!
