Sounds like a HB! But I agree it's pretty early, are you sure of your dates? Either way all good news!

My dates have been confirmed by my first ultrasound which showed 5 weeks 3 days on the 10th which would put me at 8 weeks today.

So happy for you! It's not too early to hear a hb!! My doc found my dd's hb at 8 weeks too. No need for added stress. Praying for a smooth rest of your pregnancy

I did hear it. maybe you are further along then you think. Most doppers dont hear anything until at least 10 weeks, but who knows.

I got a really good one. States right in the info it can detect it as early at 8 weeks and yes I'm sure of my dates they were confirmed by my last ultrasound showing 5 weeks 3 days on the 10th making me 8 weeks today.

Yay congrats!!!!! my Doppler also hears heartbeat from 8 weeks and I've just found it today! There's no mistaking that HB when you hear it

Just a small update on us for those following.

Ultrasound is in 1 week.
2 days ago at 7 weeks 5 days we found a heartbeat yay. So no more worry of blighted ovum I've added the link to the video. Take a look. I know it's not mine as it's 170 beats a min. SHOULD STATE THIS WAS CONFIRMED AT MY APPOINTMENT THIS MORNING

Def. sounds like the babies heartbeat. I found my sons at 9 weeks, but I found this little boy I am carrying now at 7+5.

It's not too early at all, I briefly found my baby's hb at 7+5 until she hid from it, and then found it again at 8+3 or 8+4 and have found it every time since then xx
