DS and MMR shot?

Hi everybody! We are doing delayed vaccines and my son is supposed to get shots but I am pregnant. Is it safe for baby for him to get the vaccine during my pregnancy? I stay at home with him.

I was wondering the same recently. I think any possible risk is very small but its one of those subjects that it is so hard to get real information about because people and even doctors take sides and iformation ends up being based on hearsay and emotion :/.

I've heard things both ways, but if it was me, I would hold off (because I worry about EVERYTHING). However many, many, many women vaccinate their other LO's while pregnant and it's totally fine. If your pediatrician is actually a pro-delayed vaccination person, then they might be a good person to ask.

I'd talk to the doctor also, however, I took DD for her MMR whilst pregnant and was fine.

I would imagine it's fine, but if you are worried then I would definitely speak to your doctor or a nurse to be sure.
