Dumb Question About Testing

I've been on this forum for about 6 months now, so not a newb but also not a seasoned BNB pro. But..... Why do people post pics of their tests with their wedding ring? It has baffled me this whole time. Someone please explain so I know what to do when I post pics of my OPKs on Monday
