early scan?

do you think i would be able to get a early scan? i had my three boys and then since having them i have had 3 miscarriages in as many years. i fund out yesterday that i am pregnant and now i'm worrying. do you think with my history they'll allow me to have an early scan?

I would imagine so; I got one with Ted, and I'd only miscarried once before. I would ask your GP/ MW and see what they say.

At my hospital ladies with 3 mc's in a row get scanned every 2 weeks until you are 14 weeks. Worth asking hun x

I had to get a doctors referral to get early scans from my epu. maybe talk to your doctor and tell them how concerned you are and they might get you referred for 'reassurance'.xx

3 mc i would say yes they should give you an early scan but you'll have to ask x

Thanks girls, I'm going to make an appointment for next week at the doctors and beg for a early scan and some blood tests to see how my hormone levels are doing x
