I'm sure I read somewhere that Phil gets Sharon to pretend she's his fiancee, and he gets a residency order so they can get Lexi back, but I cant find anything that says when Lola herself gets custody back, apart from a bit at christmas that talks about Billy having to do something for Lola AND Lexi.
