Ebay - Postage fees

I've just won an item on ebay and the postage is £8.99.... Obviously I really wanted the item but if postage is alot less is there anything I can do? I dont mind the odd £1/2 but what if its half that?

I don't really understand your post? Are you complaining because the postage is £8.99?

You can't do anything about the postage costs, they are on display for you to see before you bid/buy, so you can choose whether or not you are willing to pay it. The postage covers the packaging and the actual posting of the item(s) so if it's a bulky item or quite heavy, it's understandable that the P&P is that price xx

Its okay now! I only queried it because someone else was selling the same thing [But it now but more expensive] for half the postage I bought it at but it seems what I got charged was right xx
