EBM time of day to express/feed?

I have read that in the evenings breast milk contains a mild sedative to help our babies sleep so if i express in the evening should i then feed that milk in the evening and similarly if i express in the morning is that milk best fed during the day as presumably it will not contain said sedative?

Never heard of that one before! I've expressed all hours of the day and night and given it whenever.
