egg quality

can you guys list the stuff you are taking for boosting egg quality and how long it takes for results? I've only heard of royal jelly....any other supplements/medications for it?

I would appreciate all the input you ladies can, Thank you!

Hi Future,
I have read that royal jelly taken with bee pollen helps egg quality. It takes about 3 months to take effect though.

I heard it also may shorten the FP - is this true? Because mine is stupid long; I have a 32-33 day cycle and I don't O until CD 18-20.
