endometriosis?

I was just diagnosed a few weeks ago. I have a 14 month old daughter and had no issues concieving her. I only found out because of the severe pain. The doctors told me that if we want to have any other kids we need to try very soon, like within the next few months. My boyfriend and I are both 21 and I am in my last year of college. We were planning to wait until after I graduate to try for our next child, but the way the doctors are talking, if we wait, we are risking not being able to have more kids. Does anyone have experience with this and is able to help me understand more where we stand with the disease and the complications?
