Hi,
I cant remember if I asked my Dr this at my initial appointment or not and what the answer was so thought I'd pose it here before our next appointment. Atm I walk to and from work which is about 40 mins each way, so 90 mins a day and a bit of it is uphill (but only one small part the rest is flat). Do you think I'll be ok doing that throughout IVF treatment and after transfer or do you think it'll be too much and I should look to get the bus to work instead?
Be interested to know the activity levels of people during their IVF cycles and the outcomes.
