Expressed milk. Help me!!

How long can freshly expressed milk be left out of the fridge?
How long can milk be left out the fridge AFTER its already been refridgerated? If we are going out etc..
How long can milk be stored in the fridge?
How long can milk be frozen for? (I havnt done it yet so I have absolutely no idea on how/when or what to do with frozen milk!!)
