extreme bloating 8 months post baby

Ladies,
I cannot get over how much bloating i seem to have all the time. I look six months pregnant! Yes, I even get asked on occasion if i am expecting again. Not sure what is going on, but i feel very distressed about it. i lost the baby weight, but not the belly.

I get severe bloating if I haven't drank enough water, maybe try to increase your fluid intake to see if that helps ?
