Extreme debt but high income and stressed

I am constantly worrying about money. We have a stupid amount of debt, both of us were silly when we were young with credit cards and loans. We pay out about £1500 a month on debt. However, we do have a very high income. Every month just seems a struggle and it terrifies me that something goes wrong and will end up going down the Ivs route.
How much do you have left a month after everything, fuel/food/childcare?

Only dh works. Family of 5. He makes around 1300 x2 a month. After Bill's, we have around 800 left a month.

We do a bi weekly budget and meal plan. You have to get a plan and stick to it.

I'm also trying to figure out how much would be left after everything, like fuel, food, and childcare, considering the high debt payments. With such a big monthly outlay, it seems like it would be a tight squeeze even with a high income.
