I would strongly recommend trying Inositol & Dong quai.
Dong Quai helps with Reproductive - irregular periods, menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea), scanty periods
Nd inositol has been proven to do the following:
■Increases progesterone
■ Increases SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin)
■ Lowers testosterone levels
■ Improves insulin sensitivity
