Can't see anything on the hpt. It isn't unusual to see a darker OPK the closer to your af you are. If the tests in the shop are that warm it's bothering you, perhaps it's best to buy them elsewhere?

I didnt use opks earlier in the cycle unfortunately i wish i had now. It was over xmas i believe i o'd but its entirely possible i didnt and just geared up to it. I do have pcos.
I did get most of my tests elsewhere but still got 2 packs of warm ones as they the cheapest in town they are the green dipsticks.
I came across a new test today but didnt buy it - a clear and simple digital!!! 2.79 in home bargains i was tempted just for fun but cant afford to waste money.

I'm not seeing anything. You could order more sensitive tests from Amazon, they're a couple of quid for like 20

Just avoid Cassanovum, they're awful. They almost always give really noticeable evaps, they always have a line there anyway and they are prone for false positives!
One Step are usually more reliable, however I'm pretty sure I have a wonky batch because the Lloyds tests I'm using are progressing daily atm but nothing on the ICs which is unusual as I usually see lines on those first. Lloyds btw are only about £6 for 2 and are buy one get one free

I don't know, I see a shadow but possibly evap, hard to tell in that light but sometimes for some reason faint lines or shadows show up more in a warmer light but makes it hard to tell what colour they are

Maybe try taking the pics in natural light as im really not seeing the lines. Might show up better that way if you can see them irl?
