Hi ladies sorry iv been mia. This is the end of the testing madness, oh and i broke up for good after he has been abusive, smashing things, and threatening violence towards me. I told ya we had relationship issues! Soo yeah. Bad times all round hes not playing easy legally either looks like i have a battle on my hands

Sorry to hear this, Josephine, but perhaps this is for the best if he's like this towards you. Can't have been nice living in that situation. Did you report any of this to police? I would suggest you make a diary of each and every threat he makes as this will help you re the legal stuff, possibly. It will also help you protect your children should you think he poses a threat to them, or if you think he will be unreasonable regarding contact.
You deserve so much more than being treated like rubbish

There are forums that you can go to for support if needed, such as on the gingerbread charity, it's for single parents, but has forums and advise for situations like these! Hope your ok xxxx
