really thought i was pregnant this month as AF was 10 days late but the evil thing decided to show up this afternoon.

so next step for us is IUI start taking drugs/injections etc. in FEb praying jsut 1 cycle will do the trick and make me pregnant

I'm sorry the evil witch played such a horrible game! I'm hoping that you get your bfp with the 1st IUI!

Good Luck! I will also have an IUI done in February. Just had my HSG today, and everything was fine! They gave me my prescriptions for clomid, etc, and said to call next month on day 1 of my cycle! I'm so happy that things are starting to move along. Let's hope we both get our bfp soon! Keep me posted!

I'm having my first iui in feb too! I just had a hsg in dec but they are doing another one in feb. I will also be on clomid. Hoping it works for all of us!

good luck girls so glad there are others on here having at same time so we can support each other. i'm going to be on clomid too. hope it works out well for all of us

Im also doing IUI in Feb (second time) - with clomid - so wishing you lots of luck! Lets keep this thread going to see each others progress

Good luck Liz. How are u haven't seen u here on for a while?

I'm currently on my second IUI with femara, (for a total of 6 IUIs lifetime. The first 4 were for a previous pregnancy).

Good luck everyone.

No. My husband's count is fine.
We are doing IUI simply because we are unexplained.

We are also unexplained! I had a miscarriage in April and haven't been able to get pregnant since! I'm also going to be taking clomid, along with the IUI. I never took it before, and am a little scared of what to expect with the side effects!

Aaahhh...me too. I already suffer from clinical depression and can't control my emotions very well (I cry about everything...happy, sad, angry, frustrated...here come the tears). I told my DH to prepare for me to be more whackadoo than normal. :haha:

Hey purplesparkle us too! We're unexplained. AND :witch: was evil to me too this month, was 7 days late convinced me I was preg. Grrr

We are doing IUI with clomid because my progesterone was low plus Dh has poor morphology and motility - count was ok.

Purple sparkle I had a little break over Xmas frm the site, it was good to clear my head and focus on other things for a while then jan hit and the whole fertility was a priority again!! If I remember rightly r u also under coventry NHS?

Xx

NavyWife84, I too have been very depressed! My fertility specialist recommended that I go on an anti-depressent. Didn't think I could with trying to conceive, but she reassured me that sometimes it's the best thing to do! I started my prescription 2 weeks ago, and feel that I'm finally starting to feel better! Definitely a lot less crying! Just nervous about the clomid, but know that I have to do whatever I have to do! Good luck! We'll have to support each other, and hope that we don't get the terrible side effects that can come along with it!
