Feel pants since finishing pill

After I stopped the pill last Wednesday I had my period which started on the Sunday until yesterday and it was a proper bleed as well which surprised me. For the duration of my period I had an awful headache, last night I had lower backache and today my tummy feels like it has tightenings across it.

I hope this doesn't last long and I start to feel human again, is there anything I can do to help ease these symptoms? It's annoying because I don't feel like bd'ing at the moment and it's estimated that I am fertile from the 24th-30th May (typically I am away 27th-29th on a hen weekend, grrrr ).

Your lucky you got af so quickly after stopping. My sister has been waiting 7 weeks & nothing is really getting her down.
As for me I couldn't wait to get red of my bc I had an implant & it made me feel terrible, lost all interest in sex & everything. Now I feel great & normal again. I how this happens for you too.

That's ok it happens to me sometimes too. I hope your sister gets her period soon; I was really surprised as I just expected a breakthrough bleed and it being really light like used to be on my 7 day break but it was really full on.
