Feel so ill :( What can i have to help?

Ive had bad heartburn constantly for the past to days, its really bad and making me feel really sick. Its also giving me really bad pains in my tummy What can i have to make it go away?

have you got any gaviscon or peppermint tea, if not then milk might help.
