I agree with everyone: Don't blame yourself. I've heard of tons of women getting pretty drunk before they realized they were pregnant and in the end everything ended up fine, so most likely it wasn't even the one night of heavy drinking. Don't weigh yourself with guilt
No, that isn't what made you miscarry! If it was too early to tell on a pregnancy test then I'm assuming you were between 3-5 weeks pregnant, and before 8 weeks the cells reproduce themselves, therefore any damage done with drugs and/or alcohol is repaired. The reason you miscarried was NOT from you drinking alcohol, so don't think it's your fault. It's always easier to place blame on something or somebody that causes our loss. But in reality, babies DO just die sometimes, there's nothing you can do and nothing you can say to prevent it. I'm sorry that you had to go through this, but don't go blaming yourself, an embryo, like a fetus and a human body, is fast repairing and one of the strongest things in this planet. You are in my prayers + thoughts today.
