feeling stressed :(

the wedding is just 5 sleeps away and honestly, all i want to do is cry! Everything is pretty much sorted but i am a natural worrier so even all the silly little things that silly need doing are stressing me out big time!

What can i do to try relax? I am worried about the negative effect on poor baby with me being so stressed out constantly! I have booked my eye brow wax & mini manicure for tomorrow to try help but I need to just scream arghhhhhhhhhhhh
 
Do you like swimming i found swimming really relaxing when i was pregnant makes you feel weightless being in the water. Catch up with friends and family stay as busy as you can to distract yourself from the worry. Maybe set some time aside each night for different things like pamper night long soak in the bath with nice products, go for a walk one evening to get out and about, maybe go to the cinema with a friend.
It's going to be fine try and enjoy this time leading up to your big day and concentrate on how exciting it is and not the stress the only thing that matters is you and OH. xx
 
Let things go according to the plans you've spent so long sorting out.

Just take the approach "let it happen and it will be special no matter how it unfolds"

That's what works for me... I'm actually feeling pretty laid back about it :)
 
This is the most stressful time in planning a wedding and you wouldn't think it would be. Try drinking some herbal tea or getting a massage (maybe preferrably from your hubby) and maybe listen to some music you like just try your best to relax. It doesn't make anything any easier being pregnant through all of this because those are crazy hormones right there and then adding on the stress of a wedding. You will be fine though!!! :hugs:
