First OV test... Help ASAP pleeease!!

This is the first time Ive used these...

Ive got a faint line which says it means its positive... but by looking on here it seems the darker it gets the closer to OV you are?? It doesnt say that in the instructions... that I saw anyway...

Is this the case for all brands?! These are just Tescos one!

We're hoping for a girl so ideally wanted to BD 3 + days before OV... If Ive got a faint line will it be before then? It says 24 - 36 hours for a positive result?? Cant get a pic at the mo but its very faint but quite obviously there, no need to skint or turn the stick!!! LOL!!

a faint line isn't positive hun .. you always have a line on ovulation test as you always have LH in you body .. keep testing it has to be dark as or around same darkness as the control .. thats your positive, once you have that then you have 12_36 hrs xxx
