five year old missing!!

Tasha, would you mind messaging me your thoughts about what may have happened too?

Early on I remember saying to my hubby that even if the roadblocks went up 30 mins after she was taken, if he was going to drive out of the village with her, that would still be 28 minutes too late. So technically yes....she could have been taken ANYWHERE.

My issue now though with this is that in the absence of a body (sorry), the evidence the police have MUST confirm her death. I don't see what 'mistake' the police could have made which means the evidence they think she has confirming she cannot be alive, is in fact 'wrong'? To bring charges without a body means the evidence must be strong, so we're not going to be talking about them having found clothing. IMO (graphic & upsetting)

They must have either found the murder scene, and therefore enough blood to show she cannot be alive, or if they haven't found the actual scene, enough blood somewhere else. I suppose the only option where they COULD be 'wrong' is say they found a knife with her blood on, what's to say she is actually dead.....but tbh I don't think this would be enough to bring a murder charge, for that very reason!

I would LOVE to cling to the hope she is alive somewhere, and if someone could explain how the police could be wrong about the evidence, I'd really love to hear it (that sounds sarcastic, I'm not being, I genuinely would LOVE an option whereby this could all be a terrible mistake)

Well that isnt the only thing they could of had Cadaver dogs in that detected her smell/ the smell of Cadaver in his car or his home along with traces of her being there recently etc. Maybe they found searches on his computer of ways to kill or something.... Whatever it is im sure they have there evidence for it.

As i mentioned earlier in the thread. My brother was there last week with cadaver dogs. They where sent home on friday as they where no longer needed. Cadaver dogs are to find bodys.

I cant spoiler as i am on my phone. But i have my own theories as to what happened. X

And another one ...

Just absolutely sobbed my heart out when I found this  This just goes to show how hard this police force has been working because this guy has been on duty every single day since April went missing xx

I've been thinking about thi a little and the PCoJ charge is the one that worries me.

It is unlikely that they will proceed with this if they are 100% on the murder charge.

My initial feeling is that the murder charge might not be that strong so, with the need to keep him in custody, as much for his own sake than anything else, they've gone for PCoJ too so this can happen if the murder charge falls through early doors.

It does, of course, also give them more time to find a body.

It's not quite adding up for me at the moment though.

But with no body, and ok,they might have found enough evidence to 'suggest' she is dead, but she could still be alive...can they proceed with a murder charge,or would it be intent to endanger life or whatever it is...x

Well, I am not sure cos it involves someone else, so not sure how much I can say on the forum. Iykwim?

I will send you a message if you like?

Tasha, I am interested to here your theory -- can you mail it to me too? :flower:

Maybe his behavior seems odd because he is in fact a mental child killer.

My gut feeling is he is guilty, the murder charge was made because of forensic evidence not circumstantial (ie cadaver fluid), and the perversion of justice charge is because he used the river.

:nope:

What exactly is cadaver fluid? :flower:

Yes. I would be interested to hear your theories :flower:

I be really interested in hearing anyone's theory's actually, despite the fact that I trust the police to have made the murder charge justly, I guess it would do no harm to be open to suggestion

SOrry girls been out all day an cant make lengthly replies on my phone as the typo's will make it like I am speaking a foreign language. Haha.

Okay, I will mail all of you that said you want to hear. The only reason I dont want to put it on here is because, well it involves someone else (and no I dont believe they are looking after her, I am sure that the police have the fact that she is not alive correct).

I just want to know have any of you seen any evidence that it was 100% Mark driving his car, rather than people maybe seeing the car and assuming it was him because well it is a distinctive car and every knows it is his?

Also whilst I believe they are right that she isnt alive, there is a big difference in having evidence that shows she was either murdered in his car/house/was in either of them after being murdered, and having evidence that HE murdered her in the house/car or took her there after.

Right now to go through and see who asked to know my theory. Also girls who I spoke to last night, I will reply to you asap. I had the night from hell last night (idiots outside my home that ended up getting arrested at 3am cos I called the police), and have been out for my sisters birthday all day today x

Can you pm me your theory tasha, it would be interesting to read. I haven't made any judgement yet, I'm really confused.

THIS 100%. This is why after reading about the PcoJ charge being put there because they weren't certain they could 'get' him on the murder charge, as like you say, there is a big difference between having a murder comitted in your house & having comitted the murder!

Sorry to hear about your bad night hun :hugs:

I am not sure whats been happening but whats the update

Just cant believe this has happened to such a young girl

I think I messaged everyone that asked. If not give me a shout x

Thanks hun... I agree and think it links into alot of our thoughts on what "really" might of happened there. It fits with the more than one person and why he acts the way he has done.

I agree that there are some interesting thoughts there -- not something I had considered but yet it does fit with some of our worries!
