I've heard conflicting reports about whether April was with the parent's at the school or not. Other parents who went said they all took their kids, but some newspapers are reporting April was supposed to be being watched by the daughter. Either way, Bridger is coming out as quite an aggressive character. They interviewed a contractor earlier who said he threatened them when they asked him to slow down when he was zooming past in his vehicle because people were working along the roads

Me too. I wonder if April was being babysat by her older sister (old enough at 16) but a detail like that didnt/doesnt matter as it wont affect the outcome, so they didnt correct the public as the sister would feel bad enough. Either way it doesnt matter but it does mean that the time between her last being seen by a family member might be greater as Mum wouldnt of just popped in to out the dinner on. So infact as I write that, I think the police would of corrected it, because of the possible longer period of time to get away. Make sense?

As for the contractor, I think when you find out someone has been arrested on suspicion of abduction then you might over think things and it gets blown up in your head, to something bigger than it was. Iykwim?

Do you think there could be a possibility that April is his own daughter?? Especially if he'd got around a bit? the police are holding back a lot of information I think

Just caught up on this thread not read every page though. I feel so sick about all this, I keep getting this awful gut feeling that she is gone and her body is in the river. I keep panicking thinking someone will break in and take DS which I know is rediculous. Some silly person on my fbook even had a theory it's another shannon Matthews case because the parents are asking everyone to wear pink ribbons wtf!? I find it so upsetting how blasé people are being about her saying aw she is definitely dead I don't mean on here btw just people on Facebook.

If he was at parents evening I don't find this strange. He has
6 children by mothers living on the estate so why wouldn't he go to their parents evening?

As for him being aggressive, I don't think you have to take what a contractor says after seeing him for seconds with a pinch of salt. His ex neighbours when interviewed earlier had nothing but praise for him. Said he was quiet but seemed a nice man with polite well behaved children. Swings & roundabouts.

I questioned him being her dad on here last night. Police may even know this. Tbh doesn't really matter, "interesting" to know but let's face it.....shes still out there

Edit: should read "I think" not "I don't think" about the contractor, can't get to delete it on my phone

Possibly. I kind of hoped she was his daughter because then there's the possibility somehow it's a warped tug of love gone wrong but doesn't sound plausible anymore

Actually they do look quite similar! ...tbh though, i really dont think he is the father. I think he has taken the little girl and its been planned. Seemingly he rented the house he was in about a month ago..he had the girl playing in his car...[sounds like grooming to me].

I feel like there's got to be a 'why' in this case. I think there was a reason he's done it.

I don't think it sounds like grooming, I think it sounds like covering tracks. So when they found her DNA in the car there was a perfectly 'reasonable' explanation to it being there.

i dont think looks aree a good base of paternity. My children look nothing like me, but I'm 100% sure they're mine

I have a really uneasy feeling tonight not sure why.

I think its only natural that you feel more uneasy as time marches on. It just really means that sadly there is less chance that she is alive
