My thoughts are he took her home, did whatever.. Dread to think, put her in the river (2 sightings of bin bag in river) but didnt get a chance to clean up at home as he was arrested on the way back. sorry for being graphic

The CPS don't take charging someone lightly. He is going to stand trial for this. They are also confirming that April Jones is no longer alive. This is something that would not be done unless there was significant evidence that solidified it. The fact he has been charged with perverting the course of justice solidifies the first two charges, and that he's been lying about it.

No they haven't found April yet but they must have satisfying evidence to formally charge him.

I pray for April and her families same he will offer the information as to what he's done with her so that her family can have closure.

Because if there was not a great deal, then they may of charged him with abduction, but there must be clear evidence that a) she has died and he is linked to that and b) he has lied/hidden stuff from the police.

No, for someone to stand trial for murder and them possibly spend their life in prison, unfortunately, they will more than likely be going on significant forensic evidence that she has died at the hands of someone.
