They won't know much of the evidence until it goes to trial though I'd imagine they would be given more of an insite as to why the police and CPS believe their daughter is no longer alive. They wouldn't go into much detail though as those details may get out.

It's possible. We won't know until it goes to trial. Though I'd imagine since he's been perverting the course of justice that he wasn't very forthcoming.

He will make his first appearance. He will hear the charges against him and they will decide if he will continue to be remanded in custody and decide if it will go to trial and when. Not sure if he will put a plea or not.

Trial will be at least a year away, Monday is just a formality where the judge will remand him in custody, which is when he will go to prison, until then he will be held at the station.

He will be in solitary confinement in prison, so no chance of anyone getting to him

No, because she might still be there or been carried out. It is more likely that he disposed of clothes and other evidence, also probably said I was here and he wasnt.

I know we are angry girls, but remember when you write he should be hung/tortured etc, well he hasnt been convicted. He could still be found not guilty or other evidence come to light and the case dropped.

Yes this is true. Unfortunately he will be put in segregation for his own safety as these things have a tendency of spilling out to prisoners.. Though segregation units are not very homely unlike a normal wing prison cell, which is some comfort

The perverting the course of justice charge wouldnt be because he said he was somewhere he wasnt etc it is more likely to be he has said where she may be and wasnt i.e leading them places away from where she is, I think they know she is most likely in the river/sea now and if she is they will find her just a matter of time really.
