The perverting the course of justice charge wouldnt be because he said he was somewhere he wasnt etc it is more likely to be he has said where she may be and wasnt i.e leading them places away from where she is, I think they know she is most likely in the river/sea now and if she is they will find her just a matter of time really.

Her big sister has written on one of the RIP April pages on fb, she is obviously gutted, she wants people to hope still. I feel so much for her. Heartless people.

I ranted at the people writing on her post (saying take the page down) because they are writing on there stuff like well its the parents fault sick.

I think most bodies do actually come in with the tide...eventually. How will the family cope though if its months or years before she is washed ashore..and god help the person that finds her Oh...how could he have done it and why???? I would imagine as the family you would need the closure of having her body. Poor mite.

Yeah definitely i think id be suprised if they didnt unless they stopped searching etc. They have specialist people that can determine where about she would be based on the current, where she was put in, weather etc also could be washed back into land there is more of a chance of her body being found if it is in the river/sea than if she was buried in snowdonia somewhere think of the moors murders that is knowhere ner as big as snowdonia and they couldnt find one of the victims.

Just the magistrates will say it has to go to crown court I think, as they dont have the powers.

The parents have done nothing wrong at all in my eyes! No doubt they will be blaming themselves anyway (grief/coping strategy) which is bad enough without everyone else joining in!

No Kath dont. I only did because someone liked her post on my fb and then I saw all the abuse she was getting. She is only sixteen, so I couldnt not say anything to her and stand up for her family. She is going through the worst thing imaginable as a sister
