For babies on Nutriprem2

For babies that were on nutriprem2, when did you take LO off this and onto normal milk, I spoke to the health visitor yesterday and sge told me its not for her to say to ask the hospital at my next app, but that isnt until November, where LO will be 34weeks, 24 weeks corrected :s

Harry was put on nutriprem just as he left the hospital and is still on it now at 15months x

Mckenzie was on Nutriprem 2 until we got referred to consultant at hospital (he wasn't prem just lbw) when he was 6months but he was put on SMA high energy now at 22months he is on Paediasure

Ella's been on NP2 since leaving the unit. She is still on it with no news from consultant/dietician as of yet to come off it. x

If i remember right from my friends LO they come off it once they get to a certain weight but i cant remember what it was.
