Jess I really second what you said. I have wished that we all lived closer together SOOOOO many times. I hope this is ok but you made a comment on my journal about your daughter having some medical issues that you were dealing with. Whats going on? If you dont want to talk about it I totally understand but I truly hope that everything is ok.

Leslie, hope you are feeling ok and the GD isnt harming you or the girls.

Thanks for the message Amy. And so sorry for letting out that issue about my 15 year old daughter in your journal. She snuck on the internet again and this time made an instagram account and did some pretty dumb things. First off she made her account public and put her cell phone on there for the whole world to see and some questionable pictures of herself also. Ok, Alyssa is only 15 but she is tall with the body of a grown woman and she was showing off her assets for the whole world to see!! And guess what? There were tons of older sick men flirting with her. Oh and her account shows she is a freshman in high school!!! Do you know where she found the time to do this? Sneaking in the bathroom to take pictures, she used other kids phones because she has a cheap little cell phone with no internet access. She went on instagram at school using her friends phones and she has a lap top because she needs it for school. And she did this all while going to a Christian school!!! I started giving her more freedom and let her go to the mall once in a while and guess what she did? Took provocative pictures with skin tight clothes that she tried in the dressing rooms at the mall. This child is looking for trouble !! What more can I do? We have talked to her repeatedly about predators and how to act like a lady and I just dont get it. Btw, she also has creeps texting her now!! So we took the cell phone away and have to supervise her more. But I cant protect her from everything. She still has access to other kids phones while at school!! Oh and we researched one of the numbers of the men who were texting her and he is a recent convicted killer who recently made the news!!!!!!!!!!! I have 2 other little girls to protect!! Imagine if one of those men found out where we live!!! So sorry to rant ladies. I feel terrible doing this, especially with all of the heartache all of u are going through.

A 15 year old literally can't see the wrong in situations like this, they can be 'me me me' about life but the reality is in this day and age she needs to have more sense about the dangers and a need to protect herself and her family. Her friends are clearly like minded and attention is a huge thing at their age-but not public dangerous attention...why can't they stick to 6th form boys like they did when I was 15! She needs some harsh realities being brought upon her-to scare her into protecting herself. Goodluck! I'm sure ill have it one day!

Doc refused, apparently I need another bout of heartache before they will help
Poor Nurse had to tell me
Chicken shit Dr wouldn't even tell me herself
When deciding between medical and surgical intervention the Dr lied to me too
She said theatres ere booked up till Monday
So I might as well try the tablets in meantime
But she seemed to stutter and not look at me when saying it.
When she rang yo book it, they booked me for next day
I was only second person on the list.

Jess dont be sorry at all hun. That has got to be terrifying! I wonder if the parents of these friends of Alyssa know about whats going on as well. And this is all happening at school!?!?!!? What does the principal have to say about that?!?!?!? I would just be at my wits end in your situation hun. What is your next step from here? I agree with A1983 in that kids especially girls are looking for attention at that age. Does your DH try and intervene and make Alyssa feel like she doesnt need that kind of male attention from anyone else? Usually if they can get enough from a father figure at home, they wont reach out for it elsewhere. Big big big big hugs doll. That is quite a bit to have on your plate.

Laura, Oh I so feel for you right now. The medical field has just been pissing me off left and right now only for my only problems. I want to smack that Dr of yours! How can they lie to people?!!?! Why the heck do you go into that industry if you dont genuinely care about about people and thier well being. So you are not going to take the pill correct? Im so sorry you have to be going through this yet again.

Laura, I just can't understand why they refused to do testing to see what happened to you. Testing would at least give you a clearer idea as to what happened to your sweet Angel. I don't get it. They should give the mother the option for testing to see what contributes to mc. So sorry for all you are going through hon. I actually feel selfish coming here and complaining and do apologize sweety. Wish I could go to Ireland and give u a hug. Wish I had the time to come on here more often. Love u lots Laura. Bad news ladies. I didn't even get a chance to tell all of what happened yesterday. Natalie finally had her appointment at the allergy clinic. What a scary experience. They did the allergy skin test on Natalie's back. Before the test I asked them if there were any dangers. They said the test is perfectly safe but they have medicine in case there is a "slight" reaction. So as they prepped Natalie she was so terrified of all the poking. So how the test works, they label her whole back with the names of the allergens and after the labeling process they scratch/poke each labeled area of her back and inject a little bit of the allergen in to each poke/scratch. She was scared and crying through the whole process. Poor baby. After they pokes 3 rows down her whole back and tested her for about 30 allergens. They were suppose to wait 15 minutes to see if there were any reactions. Within seconds she started breaking out into hives and her whole back reacted to the allergens. Then the scary stuff, her ears turned bright red, her face started getting swollen, red and breaking into hives. My dh had to run and get the nurses, when the nurses came in and saw her they started running around to get the emergency meds and immediately wiped off the allergens (after only 3 minutes) gave her liquid zyrtec, put cortisone all over her back and were very close to giving her epinephrine. If they would have left them on longer or even close to 15 minutes it could have ended tragically. My goodness. It all happened so quickly. So out of the 30 allergens they tested her for she showed allergic reactions to 28 of them!!!!!!!!! Wtf??? How is this possible?? Some of the areas swelled were 3 to 4 inches big. HUGE. She is allergic to everything : dogs, cats (all animals basically with or without fur, to all kinds of grasses, trees, flowers, pollen, dust, chemicals, tree nuts, dust, bananas, olives, PEANUTS and the list goes on. And she is not just mildly but severely allergic to these things. There is a high chance of anaphylaxis in the future so I am very scared and traumatized after this!!!

He has an epi pen for emergencies
He is doing great though.
It's horrible and scary at first but def better to know what to avoid if poss

Wish I could be more positive about her asthma and allergies. But its getting worse as she gets older. How do u protect a child that is allergic to almost everything around them (animals, trees, grasses, bees, mosquitos, fruits, dust, etc.) It really is all so overwhelming. Docs says she will have this for the rest of her life. I am starting to wonder if these allergy issues are causing her hyperactivity and bipolar symptoms. Definitely something to look into. They want us to start bringing her in once or twice a week for the next 5 years for allergy immunotherapy (shots). Natalie is terrified of needles and its a huge financial commitment, as well as finding the time to get there every week. Ahhh. Raising kids can be so hard at times... sorry to vent ladies!
