for those that had a bfp before with af cramps

i know af cramping was a symptom for me the day before i got an early bfp with my daughter but how intense was it for you if u had it? was it mild or intense? i just had mild af feeling but it lasted briefly and happened twice, one after another.

Just tested today and got my BFP. I was going to wait as I didn't want to disappoint myself. But I usually spot two days before period and nothing. When I wake up I usually I have full on flow. But I do have a high chance of twins as I was monitor and released two eggs, so I have been cramps but only in my groin area. Today was the day of my period and the test came up positive as soon as the pee hit it. And I have the strongest two lines after 3 minutes. My other pregnancy I had slight cramping and I spotted with him the day before and the day my period was suppose to come. It stopped and then i tested 3 days later.
