Forgotton how to add journa link

How do I add a link to the new pregnancy journal I have just started to my signature??

Do you mean how do you edit your signature?

User CP > Edit Signature

No, I mean how do I get the link for my journal to add it to my signature, like now I have my LTTTC journal linked in my signature but I cannot remember how I got the HTML bit to paste into it??

If you go to the page you want to paste the URL is at the top of your browser bar the to User CP > Signature!
