formula-can I go from 1 straight to 3?

Hi, My little girl is 7 and a half months old (born jus over 11weeks early) she was on nutriprem milk until a month and a half ago then consultant said we can swap her to normal milk. Shes on cow and gate stage 1 atm but is also having 3 food meals a day. Can I swap her milk from stage 1 to stage 3 or do I need to use stage 2 or is that just hungry baby? Im a little confused lol

You can swap it straight over 2 is just for hungrier babies and 3 is follow on milk and if she is having 3 meals a day its fine its only when they don't eat enough that you should keep them on stage 1 as she was 11 weeks early I would double check with a health professional that its ok to put her on a follow on milk at this age but you defo can just go from 1 to 3 x

We never swapped tbh. Its entirely up to you, but yes, you could jump to 3.
